separate area light snacks convenient location
The breakfast included a separate dining area. It featured a fridge, coffee, and light snacks. The location is convenient. It is near the west station. I found a great little bakery only 10 metres from the hotel, this was nice.
The bathtub in the room was not cleaned properly, it had some hair in it.

The location proved convenient, especially due to its proximity to interlaken west station, a true benefit. the hotel provided free local bus travel tickets, a thoughtful addition. i found a bakery just ten metres from the hotel, a convenient treat. the guest lounge offered free coffee and biscuits. A small touch that i definitely appreciated.
The breakfast was a bit lacking. But it was adequate for starting the day.

the hotel is near interlaken west station, a great spot for travel. the proximity to the station made day trips easy, wonderful. a bakery is only ten metres away, i loved this proximity.

the breakfast offered was continental and fine, perfect. the free coffee and biscuits in the lounge were a great touch. this amenity definitely made mornings a bit easier.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Especially with local travel tips. they provided advice on navigating the area, including directions to jungfrau. their assistance enhanced the overall experience, that was a plus!

my twin room had comfortable beds, so. i appreciated this comfort after long days of exploring. the quiet atmosphere also contributed positively to my sleep. storage space was available for our belongings.

a reasonably pleasant stay
convenient location breakfast selection soft mattress small bathroom
the location was certainly convenient , near the train station. the breakfast buffet had a decent selection of items , and i found something to enjoy each morning.
the mattress was too soft , which caused some discomfort. i also noticed that the bathroom was quite small and lacked a proper glass shower enclosure , instead having only a curtain.

main area working facility guest lounge
the location is very close to the main area. walking to the train station took less than ten minutes (very convenient!). every facility was working as expected. the guest lounge had a microwave, fridge, and dining area.
